Lipodissolve
Lipodissolve is a non-surgical alternative to liposuction. The main ingredient in Lipodissolve is phosphatidylcholine, which is a product found naturally in our body. Its main role in the body is to help emulsify and breakdown fat and cholesterol, and is a key constituent of our cell membranes and high density lipoproteins (the good cholesterol). The phosphatidylcholine that is used is derived from soybeans and has the same molecular structure as the phosphatidylcholine in our bodies.
When injected directly into fat deposits, Lipodissolve helps breakdown and emulsify the fat deposits. It is especially effective for the treatment of problem areas that may not be eliminated with diet and exercise alone.
It has been used for reducing fat deposits for about 10 years now, but has been used for other medical purposes for much longer. It has been used intravenously to dissolve atheromatous plaques in cardiac disease and to dissolve fat embolism. Orally, it has been used as a liver protective agent.
Is Lipodissolve safe?
Phosphatidylcholine is soy based and viewed as an enzyme. Like any other injectable product, it may cause side effects or allergic reactions in some people. Clinical experience from over 8 years of regular daily use show adverse reactions to be extremely rare. Clinical reports from Austria give Phosphatidylcholine complete safety reports with a confirmed success rate.
Are Lipodissolve injections right for me?
Lipodissolve injections have shown good results for minor to medium body sculpting of specific areas of the body like stomach area, upper arms, thighs, chin, hips, and so forth. Lipodissolve™ has shown excellent results to smooth and remove cellulite. In comparison, surgical liposuction does not treat cellulite and in fact often ends up enhancing pre-existing cellulite, making the cellulite more prominent.
