How many treatments are necessary?

It is important to note that tattoos are designed to be permanent. For effective removal it is recommended to do a series of treatments. Depending on a variety of factors, results can be reached anywhere from 6 to 10 treatments.

*Notes to estimate number of treatments needed:
Skin Type- Darker skin types require more treatments.
Tattoo Color- Black ink is among the easiest to remove. Multicolor tattoos require more treatments.
Amount of Ink- measured by density of the tattoo and if it was done professionally or not.
Layering- If a tattoo has been layered it will require more treatments.

What to expect during and after your treatment?

Our trained and certified professionals follow an intense protocol to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. During treatment you will feel a brief sensation of heat.

Common symptoms you may see post care are blistering, swelling, pinpoint bleeding, redness and temporary darkening. These results are common and usually subside within a couple of weeks with the average time between treatments being six to eight weeks.
