Steps to Beautiful, Healthy-Looking Skin

The Nu-Derm System offers a complete, convenient protocol for treatment at home. Your skin care physician will design a specific protocol that incorporates dosing, frequency, and treatment objectives for your skin.

Morning Routine

Step 1: Gentle Cleanser or Foaming Gel—Massage a small amount of cleanser and water onto the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat dry.

Step 2: Toner—Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing. Saturate a cotton pad and gently wipe over face and neck. Do not rinse off.

Step 3: Clear—Squeeze a small amount (approximately 1 to 2 pea-size drops) onto your hands. Apply evenly to the entire face, extending to the hairline, over the ears, and ending with a feathering motion, or as directed by your skin care physician.

Step 4: Exfoderm or Exfoderm Forte—Massage a small amount (approximately 1 to 2 pea-size drops) onto the face until completely absorbed, avoiding the eye area.

Step 5: Hydrate—Apply a small amount evenly to the entire face.

Step 6: Sun Shield Matte Broad Spectrum SPF 50—Apply liberally and evenly to the entire face 15 minutes before sun exposure, and reapply at least every 2 hours. (See product packaging for additional usage instructions and warnings.)

While on the system, you can participate in normal outdoor activity. However, your skin may be sensitive to the sun and heat. It is very important to always wear a sunscreen, like Sun Shield Matte Broad Spectrum SPF 50 in the Nu-Derm System, and reapply sun protection every few hours while exposed to the sun.
